Trinity Infratech is a new name in India’s luxury real estate space, headquartered in Gurugram. Co-founded by Mukund and Riddhi Mittal, the company has made a big splash with its debut project, Trinity Sky Palazzos, an ultra luxury residential project on the Dwarka Expressway in Sector 88B. Spread over 11 acres, the project offers 3 and 4 BHK homes with Versace interiors, private pools, Italian marble flooring and smart home technology and premium amenities like a man made beach and a 1.5 lakh sq. ft. clubhouse.
The company plans to launch more large scale projects in the 2024-25 fiscal and is targeting ₹10,000 crore in revenue. Its partnership with Seetu Kohli Home to furnish select units with Versace Home interiors has further elevated its brand. As the Dwarka Expressway gains importance, Trinity is positioning its projects to benefit from the improved connectivity and is emerging as a strong player in North India’s luxury real estate space.
